Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

1 tin (410g) chickpeas, rinsed and dried

2 Tbs. olive oil

½ tsp. Cumin

½ tsp. Paprika

½ tsp. Salt

Black pepper to taste

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
2. Season chickpeas with olive oil, spices, salt, and black pepper. Mix with a wooden spoon to coat well.
3. Roast on a baking sheet for 40 minutes or until browned and crisp.
4. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
5. Makes 10 servings (40g).
