SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT DISCLAIMER
By subscribing to The Dietitian Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Recurring Payments: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. You authorize Nutritional Solutions to charge your payment method for each renewal term.
- Payment Method: You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. If we are unable to process your payment, your subscription may be suspended or terminated.
- Refund Policy: All subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Costing: We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. If a price change occurs, we will notify you in advance before charging the new rate.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
- Trial Period: If applicable, any trial period is subject to the terms outlined, and you agree that after the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Material Usage: All materials provided through The Dietitian Club are white-labelled for use by the subscribing dietitian within their practice. These materials may be customized and branded for internal patient use but are not to be shared, sold, or distributed externally, including to other healthcare practitioners, businesses, or the general public.
